Alexis Celotto

Associate Director, Business Development

Alexis Celotto is in her 17^th year at Penn and is in her 2^nd year working as the Associate Director of Business Development. She spent most of her previous years overseeing events in Houston Hall as an Event Coordinator and Assistant Manager. In her role, she organizes events external to Penn Athletics and oversees all events in the Boathouse.

Lauren Gerlin

Assistant Director, Business Development

Lauren Gerlin is in her 4^th year with Penn Athletics and her 3^rd year as Assistant Director of Business Development. Previously, she worked as the Coordinator of Business Development and an Operations Supervisor for Penn’s recreation center. In her role, she organizes all Penn department and student groups rentals as well as assists with external events.

Jacklyn Floyd

Coordinator, Business Development

Jacklyn Floyd is in her 1st year with Penn Athletics. She started in Business Development as an intern in the Spring of 2024. Jacki spent her previous years working for the Philadelphia Eagles, Philadelphia Phillies, and as Temple’s Athletic Marketing Intern. In her role, she oversees all Penn camps and clinics as well as all student group events in the Pottruck Recreation Center. In the summer, Jacki also fills the role as Director of the Penn Recreation Adventure Summer Camp.
