INDOOR SMALL EVENT AND MEETING SPACES
Penn Athletics offers numerous unique and historical indoor spaces that can accommodate a variety of activities and meetings. No matter what type of event you are planning, one of our smaller indoor spaces will be a perfect venue.
These spaces include exceptional amenities, such as A/V, chairs, and tables. Explore the page to learn more about what each space has to offer.
The west side of UPenn’s campus is comprised of most of our smaller indoor spaces with a few space exceptions located in the Pottruck Fitness Center.
Steven J. Bilsky '71 Directors' Room
The Directors' Room offers the perfect setting for your next meeting, conference, or party. The old fireplace and large bay windows with views of Franklin Field and the Palestra create a classic ambiance for your event. This space can be used in conjunction with the Mendelson room for larger guest counts or as a preparation space for caterers.

Mendelson
The Mendelson Room’s charm will help enrich your next social gathering or banquet. Equipped with comfortable furniture, large bay windows, a fireplace, natural light and views of Shoemaker Green and The Palestra, the Mendelson Room is a cozy setting for your next social function. This space can be used in conjunction with the Director’s room for larger guest counts or as a preparation space for caterers.

Kozloff Room
The Kozloff Family Room is a great space that can be used for a variety of events. The Kozloff room is a comfortable space with carpeted floors, access to both the TSE Center and the Palestra, audio/visual equipment, and the ability to use sliding walls to split into three separate spaces.

Class of 1978 & 1979 Atrium
The Class of 1978 & 1979 Atrium's unique location between The Palestra and Rockwell Gym allows for a great venue to host your next corporate happy hour after a basketball game, hold a meeting, or use as a check in area for events in the building.

Donaldson Room
Overlooking the south end of Franklin Field, the Donaldson Room is the perfect space for your next event. The Donaldson Room's cozy design and built-in bar and full kitchen make it ideal for your next social gathering, pre- or post-game event, and holiday party.

Class of 1971 Room
The 71’ Room is a perfect space on the Palestra floor offering a built-in bar and full kitchen perfect for any Penn basketball fan. The cozy room offers a space that is perfect for a small gathering or meeting. The room can split into three sections, offering small breakout spaces. The room is perfect for anyone hosting an event in the Palestra.

The Wellness Suite located in the Pottruck Health and Fitness Center offers a perfect space for any group using other spaces in the gym. This venue is newly available and offers a blank space for creativity.

Studios
The Pottruck Fitness Center offers two unique studios providing space for a variety of activities. The space has floor to ceiling mirrors, dance bars, various equipment, and in house music and mics. Whether you want to host a dance class, yoga session, or meditation to hosting a gathering or meeting, ask about a studio space if it suits your event desires.
