PENN SQUASH CENTER

Formerly known as the Ringe Squash Courts, the Penn men's and women's squash programs have been calling the center home since 1958. In June of 2018, Penn Athletics announced plans for an extensive renovation of the facility and construction began August 1. The newly revamped Penn Squash Center was officially unveiled on November 9, 2019,  just in time for squash season.

Facility updates included an increase from 10 to 12 international courts, including a pair of glass-wall championship courts. Improved seating and viewing areas, an enhanced entrance, and increased space to circulate between courts provides an enjoyable experience for visiting teams, recreational users and spectators. The new home of Penn squash also features offices for coaches and team rooms for student-athletes to meet and watch film. Upgrades to technology include modernized scoring systems, as well as video capabilities that allow for streaming on all courts. Upgraded LED light fixtures and heating systems were also included, in addition to the installation of air conditioning for optimal year-round usage. The renovations highlighted by a new brick façade at the East side of the building and floor-to-ceiling windows along the South wall, providing additional ambient light and external views.
