MULTIPURPOSE STADIUM

Located along the eastern edge of Penn Park between Ace Adams Field and the Hamlin Tennis Center, the Multipurpose Stadium is the official home of the Penn softball program. The field features a Field Turf outfield and Hilltopper infield skin. The two dugouts, designed for varsity softball contests, sit at field level with  protective fencing in front. There is seating for 450 people in chairbacks and an additional 300 people around the fencing of the field. The press area and raised seating area provides a venue for outdoor activities, and the field is equipped with lights for night games. The field is surrounded by pedestrian paths, providing a park-like setting that is connected to the core of Penn's campus.

The dimensions of the Multipurpose Stadium are 195 feet to left and right field, and 210 feet to dead center field. The facility was built in conjunction with the 24-acre development of Penn Park from 2009 to 2011.
