OUTDOOR 2018

• Competed in five meets during the 2018 indoor season, running the 400m and 4x400m relay.
• Scored twice at the 2018 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championships (May 6), placing fourth in the 4x400 and fifth in the 400m.
• Ran the 4x400 at the Penn Relays (April 26-28).
• Traveled to both the Florida and Tennessee Relays.

INDOOR 2018

• Ran in seven races throughout the 2018 indoor season, running both the 400m and 500m as well as several relay events.
• Scored twice at the 2018 Ivy League Indoor Heptagonal Championships (Feb. 25), placing third in both the 500m and 4x400m relay.
• Featured several second-place performances: in the 500m at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 10), the 400m and 4x400 at the Penn 8-Team Select (Jan. 20), the 500m at the Navy Invitational (Jan. 13) and 4x400 at the New Year Invitational (Dec. 9).

• Competed in eight meets, appearing each week of the 2017 outdoor season, focused on the 400m, 800m, 4x400m, 4x800m and DMR.
• Placed third as part of the 4x800m relay team at the 2017 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championships (May 7).
• Took fourth in the DMR at the Penn Relays (April 27-29) with a school-record time of 9:33.35.
• Totaled six top-10 placements on the year.
• Ran a season-best time of 1:51.64 at the Virginia Quad-Meet (April 8), finishing third.

• Competed in six meets during the 2017 indoor season.
• Placed second in the 500m at the 2017 Ivy League Indoor Heptagonal Championships (Feb. 26) with a time of 1:03.80.
• Finished sixth at Ivy Heps in the 4x800.
• Recorded a first-place finish in the 600m at the New Year Invitational (Dec. 11) with a time of 1:20.30.
• Finished second in the 800m at the Penn 8-Team Select (Jan. 21).

• Member of the school record holders in the 4x800m relay and DMR.
• Placed fifth in the 400m and the 4x400m relay at the 2016 Ivy League Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
• Won the 800m at the Chester Quarry Classic (April 16).
• Won the 400m and the 4x400m relay at the Penn Challenge (March 26).
• Competed at the 2016 IC4A Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

• Placed second in the 500m at the 2016 Ivy League Indoor Track and Field Championships.
• Member of the fourth-place 4x400m relay team at the 2016 Ivy League Indoor Track and Field Championships.
• Placed fourth at the 2016 IC4A Indoor Track and Field Championships in the 500m.

2014-15: Indoor Heps champion in the 500 meters ... Also scored at Indoor Heps as part of the 4x800m relay (fourth) ... Scored at Outdoor Heps in the 400m (fourth) and 4x400m relay (fifth) ... ECAC Co-Rookie of the Week (March 1) ... Won 500 meters at Lehigh Fast Times meet (Dec. 6) ... Won 400 meters at Lehigh Angry Birds meet (Jan. 17).

High School: Ranked 11th in the nation in the 800 meters ... Earned All-America honors with a sixth-place finish at the 2014 New Balance Indoor National Championships in the 800 meters ... Runner-up in the 800m at the 2014 Pennsylvania State Championships.
