• Competed in seven meets during the 2017 outdoor season, making appearances in the 1,500m, 3,000m steeplechase, 5,000m, 4xMile and DMR.
• Qualified for the 2017 NCAA East Region Prelims in the 3,000m steeplechase, finishing 27th.
• Won first place at the 2017 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championships in the 3,000m steeplechase, becoming only the second in league history to win the event three times.
• Took part in both the 4xMile and DMR at the Penn Relays (April 27-29), earning the school record time in the DMR with a mark of 9:33.35.
• Won the 3,000m steeplechase at the Transatlantic Series (April 15).

• Competed in five meets during the 2017 indoor season.
• Claimed first place in the 5,000m at the 2017 Ivy League Indoor Heptagonal Championships (Feb. 26) with a career-best time of 14:16.44, ranking second all-time at Penn.
• Finished third at Ivy Heps in the 3,000m with a time of 8:13.03.
• Ran the 800m for the first time in college at the Penn 8-Team Select (Jan. 21).
• Finished second in the mile at the Lehigh Angry Birds Challenge (Jan. 14) with a time of 4:16.21.

• Competed and scored in all five events his senior season.
• Won his first career meet in the season-opener at the Big 5 Invitational (Sept. 9), posting a time of 18:57.0.
• Recorded four top-10 finishes on the year, while finishing first overall among attached runners in all four of those events.
• Finished fourth overall at the 2016 Ivy League Heptagonal Championships (Oct. 29).
• Finished sixth overall at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships (Nov. 11) for the second-straight season.
• Qualified individually for the NCAA Championships (Nov. 19), placing 207th overall.

• Qualified for the 2016 NCAA East Region Prelims in the 3,000m steeplechase.
• Won the 3,000m steeplechase at the 2016 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championships.
• Placed first in the steeplechase at three meets during the season.
• Member of the 4xMile Penn Relays Championship of America relay team.
• Notched five top-two finishes on the year in the steeplechase.

• Helped the Quakers to their second-straight indoor DMR title at the 2016 Ivy League Indoor Heptagonal Championships.
• Placed fifth in the 3,000m at Ivy Heps.
• Notched five top-five finishes on the season.

• Opened the year by finishing second and first among attached runners at the Main Line Invitational (Sept. 18).
• Placed fifth at the Princeton Invitational (Oct. 17).
• Finished sixth at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals (Nov. 13).
• Helped the men's cross country team earn a berth into the NCAA Championships for the first time since 1975.
• Placed 73rd at the NCAA Championships in Louisville, Ky. (Nov. 21).
