• Competed in seven meets during the 2017 outdoor season, making appearances in the 400m, 800m, 4x400m and 4x800m relays.
• Part of the third-place team in the 4x800m relays at the 2017 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championships (May 7) with a time of 7:28.63.
• Tallied five top-10 placements on the year. 
• Member of the 4x800m relay team at the Penn Relays (April 27-29).
• Ran a career-best time of 51.65 in the 400m at the Danny Curran Invitational (April 1), placing 10th. 

• Competed in the 400m, 800m, 1,000m, 4x400m and 4x800m relays during the 2017 indoor season, making appearances at six meets.
• Recorded a career-best time of 2:26.78 in the 1,000m at the 2016 Ivy League Indoor Heptagonal Championships (Feb. 26) in the prelims, before finishing seventh in the finals.
• Posted seven top-10 finishes on the year. 
• Competed in the 4x800m relay at Indoor Heps, finishing sixth and scoring for the Quakers.

• Competed in the 800m, 4x400m and 4x800m relays during the 2016 outdoor season.
• Placed sixth as a member of the 4x800m relay team at the 2016 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championships. 

• Raced in several meets focusing on middle distance events.
• Scored as a member of the 4x800m relay team with a sixth-place finish at the 2017 Ivy League Indoor Heptagonal Championships.
• Registered three top-10 finishes on the season.

2014-15: Scored at Outdoor Heps as a member of the 4x800m relay team (sixth) ... Finished third in the 800m at the Sam Howell Invitational (April 4) ... Competed in four indoor meets.

2013-14: Competed in three meets in several middle distance events ... Finished second in the 1,000m at his first collegiate meet ... Missed majority of indoor season and all of outdoor season due to injury.

High School: Indoor Shore Conference record in the 600m.
