OUTDOOR 2020
- All 2020 Ivy League sports were canceled on Wednesday, March 11 due to a nationwide outbreak of coronavirus COVID-19.
INDOOR 2020
- Competed in the heptathlon three times during the indoor season.
- Scored for Penn at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships (March 1) with 4,693 points in the heptathlon, winning the pole vault with a clearance of 4.75m.
- Won the UConn MultiEvent Challenge (Dec. 6) with a program-record total of 5,507 points, winning the 1,000m run, high jump and pole vault.
- Finished second in the heptathlon at the Texas Tech Shootout (Feb. 1) with 5,409 points.
OUTDOOR 2019
- Appeared in six meets throughout the outdoor season as a multi-event athlete.
- Placed second in the decathlon at the 2019 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championships (May 5), posting a personal-best score of 7,060.
- Competed in the decathlon at the Tennesee Relays (April 11).
INDOOR 2019
- Competed in seven meets during the indoor season, appearing in a variety of events, including the heptathlon and relay races.
- Scored with a sixth-place finish at the Ivy League Indoor Heptagonal Championships (Feb. 24) in the hepathlon with 4,511 points.
- Scored for the Quakers at the Harvard vs. Penn Dual, finishing second in the 4x440 yard relay and fourth in the pole vault.
- Won the heptathlon with a career-high score of 5,419 points at the Wesley A. Brown Invitational.
- Also racked up top-five finishes at the TCNJ Indoor Open, the Penn 8-Team Select and Penn State National in different events.
OUTDOOR 2018
- Appeared in five meets during the 2018 outdoor season as a decathlete, while also appearing on several relay teams.
- Scored at the 2018 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championships (May 6), placing third in the decathlon.
- Won the 100m and 400m at Ivy Heps in the decathlon.
- Placed second in the decathlon at the Tennessee Relays (April 12), with 7,006 points to enter Penn's all-time record books.
- Won the 400m, 1,500m and discus throw at the Tennesee Relays in the decathlon.
- Ran both the 4x100 and 4x400 relays at the Florida Relays (March 31).
- Ran the 4x400m relay at the Penn Relays (April 26-28).
INDOOR 2018
- Appeared in six meets during the 2018 indoor season as a multi-event competitor.
- Placed second in the heptathlon at the 2018 Ivy League Indoor Heptagonal Championship (Feb. 25), totaling 5,330 points, good for third in program history.
- Won the heptathlon at the Lehigh Fast Times (Dec. 9) with 5,039 points.
- Part of the second-place 4x400m relay team at the Penn 8-Team Select (Jan. 20).
- Placed second in the heptathlon at the Dr. Sander Invitational (Jan. 27).
- Won both the 60m and 1,000m in the heptathlon at Ivy Heps.
OUTDOOR 2017
- Competed in six meets during the 2017 outdoor season, making appearances in the decathlon at both the Princeton Multi-Event Meet (April 20) and the Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championships (May 7).
- Part of the sprint medley relay team at the Penn Relays (April 27-29).
- Placed seventh in the decathlon at Ivy Heps, finishing in the top-five in five different events including two first-place marks.Â
- Took fourth in the decathlon at Princeton.
INDOOR 2017
- Competed in six meets, focusing primarily on sprints and jumps.
- Placed in the top-10 on 11 different occasions, including a sixth-place finish in the 4x400 relay at the 2017 Ivy League Indoor Heptagonal Championships (Feb. 26).
- Participated in the Frank Colden Invitational (Feb. 4), competing in the pentathlon.
- Took first in the 4x400 relay at the Lehigh Season Opener (Dec. 2) with a time of 3:28.22.
- Posted a career-best time of 7.32 seconds in the 60m-dash at the New Year Invitational (Dec. 11).Â
