OUTDOOR 2019

• Competed at the Penn Challenge in the javelin, earning a mark of 45.15m for a third-place finish.

INDOOR 2019

• Threw in two meets, competing in only the shot put.
• Finished a season-best 12th-place finish at the Wesley A. Brown Invitational (Jan. 12) with a mark of 11.42m.
• Reached 11.69m at the Penn 8-Team Select (Jan. 19).

OUTDOOR 2018

• Made nine appearances throughout the 2018 outdoor season, competing each week, throwing both the javelin and shot put.
• Placed first in the javelin at the 2018 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championships (May 6) with a career-best throw of 47.16m (154-9).
• Performance at Ivy Heps improved upon season-best by over 12 feet.
• Qualified for the 2018 NCAA East Region Prelims (May 24-26), placing 38th.
• Finished second in the javelin at both the Temple Invitational (April 13) and Larry Ellis Invitational (April 21).
• Competed in javelin at the Penn Relays (April 26-28).

INDOOR 2018

• Competed in five meets during the 2018 indoor season, exclusively in the shot put.
• Season-best performance came at the Princeton Invitational (Feb. 17), placing seventh with a throw of 11.88m.

Personal: Daughter of Peggy Cope ... Older sister, Autumn, throws javelin at Elon ... Enrolled in the College of Arts & Sciences as a biology major.
