Biography

2023: First-team All-Ivy (C)NCAA All-Regional Team … Started all 50 games, one of just four players to appear in every game … Led team in runs (50), triples (five), and walks (25) … Only player on the team with a four-hit game, finishing the season with three of them …  Threw out 39.3 percent (11 of 28) of attempted base stealers from behind the plate … Finished Tulane series 5-for-11 with four runs scored and two RBI (3/10-3/12) … Reached base in all six plate appearances against Villanova, finishing 4-for-4 with a pair of walks and driving in four (3/15) … Went 8-for-15 with nine runs, eight RBI and five extra-base hits in Ivy League sweep of Dartmouth (4/2-4/3) … Finished Ivy League regular season title-clinching sweep of Columbia 6-for-15 with a pair of RBI (5/13-5/14) … Went 3-for-4 with a go-ahead, two-run homer in NCAA Regional win over #13 Auburn (6/2).

2022: Second-team All-Ivy (C) … Started 42 of Penn’s 48 games, making at least one start at catcher, left field, and right field … Second on the team with a .346 batting average, .420 on-base percentage, 48 runs scored, 62 hits, and seven home runs … Threw out 40 percent (10 of 25) attempted base stealers from behind the plate … Went 7-for-13 with five runs scored in series win over Winthrop (March 11-13) … Went 6-for-13 with seven runs scored against Columbia (March 26-27) … Hit three homers in a span of 14 plate appearances during conference series win over Dartmouth (April 2-3) … Had five hits in 15 at-bats with five runs and five RBI in series sweep over Cornell (April 16-17).

2021: Season was limited to 14 games due to Ivy League restrictions related to the Covid-19 pandemic … Appeared in eight games and made six starts at catcher … Hit .273 with a .429 OBP and a .409 slugging percentage … Had a perfect fielding percentage and threw out three runners attempting to steal … Did not have a passed ball throughout the season … Finished the year with three RBI and six runs scored … Went 2-for-3 with two doubles, three runs scored and one RBI versus Delaware on April 10 … In the season finale, he went 3-for-6 with two RBI. 

2020: Made one appearance in an eight-game season shortened by the COVID-19 outbreak … Subbed in at catcher in the final inning of Penn’s 16-1 win over FIU (3/7).
