OUTDOOR 2021

• Competed in all seven regular-season meets
• Reached personal-best marks in javelin (40.73m) and 100m (12.66) at Penn Challenge on March 27
• Took first place in two-day Heptathlon at Quaker Invitational, setting personal-best mark and moving into fifth in program history with 4,941 points
• Clocked a personal-best time of 59.68 in 400m hurdles at Philadelphia Metropolitan Collegiate Invitationals to take first and move to third in program history
• Set personal-best marks in 200m (25.40) and long jump (5.40m) at Penn Twilight
• At TCNJ Last Chance on May 13, hit new personal-best time of 14.58 in 100m hurdles
• Qualified for NCAA East Preliminaries in Jacksonville in 400m hurdles, entering as 35th seed with a time of 59.68 and finishing 38th with a time of 1:00.43

• All 2020-21 Ivy League winter sports were canceled on November 12 due to a nationwide outbreak of coronavirus COVID-19.

OUTDOOR 2020

• All 2020 Ivy League sports were canceled on Wednesday, March 11 due to a nationwide outbreak of coronavirus COVID-19.

INDOOR 2020

• Competed in six meets during the indoor season in a variety of events, including the pentathlon at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships (March 1). 
• Opened the season with a career-best mark of 5.06m (16-7.25) in the long jump at the Navy Invitational (Dec. 7).
• Reached the final of the Villanova Invitational (Feb. 1) with the ninth-fastest time in program history in the 60m hurdles (8.83). Finished fifth in the final in 8.95m.
• Totaled a career-high 3,281 points in the pentathlon at the Dr. Sander Columbia Challenge (Jan. 25) to place eighth.
• Finished 10th in the pentathlon at Heps with 2,637 points.

OUTDOOR 2019

• Competed in seven meets, including the 125th running of the Penn Relays (April 27) and Ivy League Outdoor Heps (May 5).
• Finished seventh in the javelin at Heps with a mark of 36.12m.
• Ran the 400m hurdles at the Penn Relays, finishing in 1:04.33.
• Won the javelin at the Rider Invitational (April 13), recording a throw of 38.86m.
• Crossed the line in the 400m hurdles at the Sam Howell Invitational (April 6) in 1:03.02, a PR.

INDOOR 2019

• Appeared in seven meets in a variety of events.
• Totaled eight top-10 finishes, including three at the Harvard-Penn Dual (Dec. 9), finishing sixth in the 4x440yd relay, sixth in the high jump and seventh in the shot put.
• Qualified for the final and finished sixth in the 60m hurdles at the Villanova Invitational (Feb. 2), running a PR 8.94.
• Recorded a PR at the Princeton Indoor Invitational (Feb. 16), leaping 4.86m in the long jump for an 11th-place finish.
• Picked up another PR in the 200m at the Fastrack National Invite (Feb. 8), finishing 16th in 26.13.
