… 8-2 in the fall ... 15-5 in singles play (all at #1) and 11-5 in doubles action during dual match season … First Quaker to compete in NCAA Individual Championships since Jason Pinsky in 2007 … Unbeaten in first seven singles matches and first 11 doubles matches of the spring … Faced four Top 15 opponents in four days during team’s California trip (3/8-3/11) … Reeled off another seven-match unbeaten streak in singles play (3/12-4/16) … Earned three-set victory over 17th-ranked Alex Kotzen in Ivy League action against Columbia, helping Penn earn first win over the Lions in 15 years (4/22) … Capped regular season with straight-set win over #44 Alafia Ayeni of Cornell (4/24) … Ended season with opening round defeat at the hands of Notre Dame's Axel Nefve in NCAA Singles Championship (5/23) ... 2019-20: Went 3-4 in singles and 5-3 in doubles during the fall, competing at the Farnsworth-Ivy Plus Tournament, the ITA Northeast Regional, and the William & Mary Invitational … Reached the quarterfinals in singles in the Tiger bracket and the semifinals in the Rockefeller bracket in doubles with partner Harsh Parikh at the Farnsworth-Ivy Plus Tournament (9/20 – 9/22) … Reached the Round of 32 in doubles with partner Max Cancilla at the ITA Northeast Regional (10/17 – 10/22) … Went 3-0 in doubles with Jason Hildebrandt at the William & Mary Invitational (11/1 – 11/3) … Went 6-5 in singles and 8-4 in doubles in spring action, splitting time between No. 1-2 in singles and doubles … Won four straight singles matches from 2/23 – 3/7 and won four straight doubles matches from 2/26 – 3/10 … Defeated #57 Aditya Vashistha (St. John’s) for his first victory over a ranked opponent (2/28) … Earned a doubles victory with Hildebrandt against the No. 2 duo from #22 UCF (3/10) … All 2020 Ivy League spring sports were canceled on Wednesday, March 11 due to a nationwide outbreak of coronavirus COVID-19.
