OUTDOOR 2019
- Competed in eight meets during the outdoor season, including the Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championship (May 5) and 125th running of the Penn Relays (April 27).
- Registered three PRs during the year, in the 800m at the Rider Invitational (April 13), crossing the line in 2:14.39 to finish as the runner-up.
- Picked up another PR at the Penn Relays in the 3,000m, finishing in eighth in 9:46.86.
- Finished 14th at the Larry Ellis Invitational (April 20), running the 1,500m in 4:26.67, another PR.
- Ran the 1,500m in 4:34.07 at the Penn Challenge (March 23) to place fifth.
- Joined the 4x800m relay at the Raleigh Relays for another fifth-place finish.
INDOOR 2019
- Appeared in seven meets, including the Ivy League Indoor Heptagonal Championship (Feb. 24).
- Scored for Penn with the DMR team at Ivy Heps with a sixth-place finish.
- Ran a PR at the Fastrack National Invite (Feb. 8) in the mile with a time of 4:53.72 to finish fourth.
- Finished ninth at the Boston University Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invitational (Feb. 2), running the 1,000m in 2:56.19.
- Finished fifth in the mile at the TCNJ Indoor Open (Dec. 1) in 5:07.03.
- Registered a top-10 finish in all seven meets.
CROSS COUNTRY 2018
- Ran four times, scoring once.
- At the Paul Short Run Open race, finished 23rd, running the 6K in 22:59.
- Placed in the top 40 at the Bison Open and Main Line Invitational.
OUTDOOR 2018
- Ran in four meets throughout the 2018 outdoor season, running both the 3,000m and 5,000m.
- Placed fifth in the 3,000m at the Penn Challenge (March 24).
- Competed in the 5,000m at the Penn Relays (April 26-28).
INDOOR 2018
- Competed in five meets during the 2018 indoor season, making appearances predominantly in the mile and 3,000m.
- Tallied a season-best time of 5:07.91 in the mile at the Penn 8-Team Select (Jan. 20).

- Opened the year with two top-15 finishes, placing eighth at the Blue/Gold Classic (Sept. 2) and 15th at the Main Line Invitational (Sept. 15).

- Placed 73rd at the 2017 Ivy League Heptagonal Championships (Oct. 27).
