OUTDOOR 2019

• Appeared in six meets during the outdoor season, including the 125th running of the Penn Relays (April 27) and the Ivy League Outdoor Heps (May 5).
• Credited with an 18th-place finish at Heps in the 400m.
• Joined the 4x400m team to run the fourth-best time, 3:39.85, to punch a spot in the Penn Relays Championship of America Invitational.
• Finished second in the 400m at the Penn Challenge (March 23) and fourth at the Rider Invitational (April 13).
• Helped run a 3:46.38 to finish third at the Raleigh Relays (March 30).
• Picked up another third-place finish at the Penn Challenge in the 4x100m.

INDOOR 2019

• Competed in five meets, appearing exclusively in sprints and relay races.
• Ran the 400m, and finished 14th, and Ivy league Indoor Heps (Feb. 24) and joined the DMR to a sixth-place finish.
• Won at the Fastrack National Invite (Feb. 8) with Penn's 4x400m team that crossed the line in 3:51.03.
• Also picked up top-five finishes in the 4x400m at the Penn State National (Jan. 26) and Villanova Invitational (Feb. 2).
• Individually, racked up a pair of top-10 results in the 200m and 400m at the Princeton Indoor Invitational (Feb. 16) and Fastrack National Invite (Feb. 8), respectively

OUTDOOR 2018

• Ran in six meets throughout the 2018 outdoor season as a sprint specialist, competing in the 200m, 400m and several relay events.
• Scored at the 2018 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championships (May 6), placing fifth in the 4x400.
• Also appeared in the 200m and 400m at Ivy Heps.
• Part of the school-record 4x400 team at the Penn Relays (April 26-28).
• Finished first in the 4x100 at the Penn Challenge (March 24).
• Totaled six top-10 placements on the year.

INDOOR 2018

• Competed in seven meets during the 2018 indoor season, making appearances in the 200m, 400m and several relay events.
• Finished second in the 400m at the 2018 Ivy League Indoor Heptagonal Championships (Feb. 25), earning All-Ivy status.
• Also placed second at Ivy Heps in the 4x400m relay.
• Won the 4x400m relay at the New Year Invitational (Dec. 9).
• Earned the fourth-best 400m performance in the Penn record books at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 10) with a time of 55.63.
• Tallied the fifth-best 200m performance in program history at the Villanova Invitational (Feb. 3) with a time of 24.65.
• Totaled nine top-five performances on the year.

High School: Connecticut No. 2 in the 100m, 300m and outdoor 400m ... 2017 Connecticut state champion in the 100m and runner-up in the 200m and 400m.

Personal: Daughter of Jennifer and Owen O'Neil ... Older brother won bronze medal at Special Olympics USA games in Seattle ... Enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
