OUTDOOR 2020
- All 2020 Ivy League sports were canceled on Wednesday, March 11 due to a nationwide outbreak of coronavirus COVID-19.
INDOOR 2020
- Competed in six meets during the indoor season, including scoring in three events at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships (March 1).
- Won the 4x400m relay at Ivy Heps with a time of 3:41.16, helping clinch the team title.
- Earned second-team All-Ivy honors at Heps with a runner-up finish in the 200m, crossing the line in 55.79.
- Also finished third in the 400m, finishing in 24.52.
- Ran the second-best 200m time in program history (24.07) to win the Sykes & Sabock Challenge at Penn States (Feb. 8).
- Finished fifth with the 4x400m relay team at Clemson's Tiger Paw Invitational (Feb. 15) with a time of 3:35.19, breaking the program record by more than three seconds.
OUTDOOR 2019
- Appeared in eight meets, including the NCAA Outdoor Championships (June 8), NCAA East Preliminary (May 25), Ivy League Outdoor Heps (May 5) and the 125th running of the Penn Relays (April 27).
- Earned honorable mention All-America status when the 4x400m relay team qualified for and finished 17th at the NCAA Outdoor Championships.
- Qualified for NCAA Outdoor Championships with the seventh-best time and program-record mark of 3:32.12 at the NCAA East Preliminary.
- Joined the 4x400m relay team in winning the Heps title, finishing in 3:41.51.
- Finished second at Heps in both the 200m and 400m, completing a one-two sweep in the 400m with teammate Uchechi Nwogwugwu.
- In the Penn Relays Championship of America 4x400, crossed the line in second with a time of 3:35.43.
- Was a part of the 4x400m relay team that won the 92nd Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays (March 30) in 3:36.13.
- Finished second in the 200m at the IC4A/ECAC Championship (May 12).
- Ran a PR 23.62 in the 200m in the preliminary round of Heps.
INDOOR 2019
- Competed in seven meets during the indoor season, including Ivy League Indoor Heps (Feb. 24).
- Captured a pair of Heps titles, winning the 200m in 24.12 and 4x440yd relay in 3:43.68.
- Also crossed the line as the runner-up in the 400m with a PR of 54.47.
- Joined the 4x400 relay team in a second-place finish at the Texas Tech Shootout (Feb. 9).
- Racked up individual wins in the 60m at the TCNJ Indoor Open (Dec. 1), the 200m at the Penn 8-Team Select (Jan. 19), the 300m at the Harvard-Penn Dual (Dec. 9), and the 400m at the Wesley A. Brown Invitational (Jan. 12)
OUTDOOR 2018
- Ran in nine meets throughout the 2018 outdoor season, competing each week, appearing in the 100m, 200m, 400m and several relay events.
- Scored twice at the 2018 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championships (May 6), placing second in both the 200m and 4x100m relay.
- Qualified for the 2018 NCAA East Region Prelims (May 24-26) in the 4x400m relay, placing 14th.
- Set the program record in the 200m at Ivy Heps with a time of 23.36.
- Part of the college division champion in the 4x100 at the Penn Relays (April 26-28), while also running the program record 4x400 team at the event.
- Won the 4x100 at both the Sam Howell Invitational (April 6) and the Larry Ellis Invitational (April 21).
- Won the 200m at the Sam Howell Invitational.
- Totaled 13 top-five performances on the year.
INDOOR 2018
- Competed in seven meets during the 2018 indoor season, making appearances in the 60m, 200m, 400m and several relay events.
- Finished second as part of the 4x400m relay team at the 2018 Ivy League Indoor Heptagonal Championships (Feb. 25).
- Advanced to the finals at Ivy Heps in the 400m, finishing third.
- Set the program record in the 4x400m relay at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 10) with a time of 3:43.02, winning the event.
- Won the 4x400m relay at the New Years Invitational (Dec. 9).
- Won both the 200m and 4x400m relay at the Penn 8-Team Select (Jan. 20).
- Moved up to fourth in program history in the 200m at the Villanova Invitational (Feb. 3) with a time of 24.59.
- Totaled seven top-five placements on the year.
OUTDOOR 2017
- Competed in all nine meets of the 2017 outdoor season, making appearances in the 100m, 200m, 400m, 4x100m and 4x400m relays and DMR.
- Qualified for the 2017 NCAA East Region Prelims (May 25) in the 4x400m relay, part of the first-ever women's relay team at Penn to qualify for NCAA's.
- Placed second in the 400m at the 2017 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championships (May 7), earning second-team All-Ivy honors with a time of 54.53.
- Took third in the 4x400m relay at Ivy Heps, while also scoring and placing sixth in the 200m with a wind-aided time of 23.94.
- Finished sixth in the DMR at the Penn Relays (April 27-29) with a time of 11:15.76, second in program history.
- Part of a first place 4x100m relay team at the 2017 ECAC Championships (May 12).
- Advanced to the finals of the 4x100m relay at the Penn Relays with a school-record time of 45.21 in the prelims.
- Part of the school-record teams in both the 4x100m and 4x400m relays.
- Totaled 11 top-five placements on the year.
