OUTDOOR 2020

• All 2020 Ivy League sports were canceled on Wednesday, March 11 due to a nationwide outbreak of coronavirus COVID-19.

INDOOR 2020

• Competed at six meets in a variety of events, including scoring in three events at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships (March 1).
• Joined the 4x400m relay team to win Heps and garner first-team All-Ivy honors in 3:41.16, clinching the team championship.
• Finished third in the long jump at Heps, adding six more points to Penn's total, while also setting the program record with a mark of 6.01m.
• Finished fourth at Heps in the 200m, crossing the line in 24.52.
• Missed out on scoring by one spot in the 60m, finishing in 7.68.
• Moved into the top five in program history in the 200m with a time of 24.21 at the Tiger Paw Invitational (Feb. 15). 
• Moved into the top 10 in program history in the 60m with a time of 7.59 at the Sykes Sabock Challenge (Feb. 8). 
• Totaled 13 top-10 finishes throughout the season.

OUTDOOR 2019

• Competed in nine meets for Penn, including the NCAA Outdoor Championships.
• Joined the 4x400 relay team for the NCAA Outdoor Championships (June 8) for a 17th-place finish, crossing the line in 3:36.84.
• Racked up a pair of Ivy League titles in the 4x100 and 4x400 relays. The 4x100 title was Penn's first since 1988.
• Helped the 4x400 group to a second-place finish at the 125th running of the Penn Relays (April 27) Championship of America Invitational.
• Picked up a 4x400 title at the 92nd Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays (March 30).

INDOOR 2019

• Competed at seven meets during the indoor season, in a wide variety of events.
• Helped the 4x440yd relay team to a title at Ivy League Indoor Heps (Feb. 24).
• Also scored in both the 200 (fifth, 24.90) and the long jump (sixth, 5.78m) for the Ivy League champion Quakers.
• Picked up individual wins at the Wesley A. Brown Invitational (Jan. 12) in the pentathlon and the 300m at the Penn State National Open (Jan. 26).
• Helped the 4x400yd relay team win at the Harvard-Penn Dual (Dec. 9) and the 4x400m team place second at the Texas Tech Shootout (Feb. 9).

OUTDOOR 2018

• Appeared in five meets throughout the 2018 outdoor season as a multi-event specialist.
• Scored at the 2018 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championships (May 6), placing fourth in the heptathlon with a score of 4,727.
• Won the 200m in the heptathlon at Ivy Heps.
• Ran both the 400m hurdles and shuttle hurdles relay at the Penn Relays (April 26-28), setting the program record in the SHR.

INDOOR 2018

• Competed in six meets during the 2018 indoor season, competing in a variety of events.
• Scored at the 2018 Ivy League Indoor Heptagonal Championships (Feb. 25), placing fifth in the pentathlon with a score of 3,589.
• Valuable member of the 4x400m relay team during the season, posting two top-five times in program history.
• Finished first in the 4x400m relay at the Villanova Invitational (Feb. 3) second at the Navy Invitational (Jan. 13) and third at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 10).
• Totaled five top-five placements on the year.

• Competed in nine meets during the 2017 outdoor season, making appearances each weekend for the Quakers as a multi-event competitor and relay specialist. 
• Qualified for the 2017 NCAA East Region Prelims (May 25) in the 4x400m, part of the first-ever women's relay team at Penn to qualify for NCAA's.
• Member of both the school-record 4x100m and 4x400m relay teams, advancing to the finals of the 4x100m at the Penn Relays (April 27-29) with a time of 45.21. 
• Ran in four events at the 2017 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championships (May 7), placing third in the 4x400m relay and fifth in the 400m. 
• Took first in the 4x100m relay at the 2017 ECAC Championships (May 12).
• Competed in the heptathlon at the Virginia Challenge (April 22), amassing 4,727 points. 
• Totaled six top-three performances on the year. 
• Won the 4x100m relay at both the Penn Challenge (March 25) and Virginia Quad-Meet (April 8).

• Competed in eight of nine meets during the 2017 indoor season, including the 2017 Ivy League Indoor Heptagonal Championships (Feb. 26).
• Placed third at Ivy Heps in the pentathlon, totaling 3,677 points, the fourth-most in program history.
• Placed third in the 4x400m relay at Ivy Heps, in addition to also participating in the long jump and high jump.
• Clocked a time of 8.83 seconds in the 60m hurdles in the pentathlon at Ivy Heps, the sixth-fastest time in program history.
• Finished third in the 4x400m relay at the Columbia East-West Challenge (Jan. 27) with a time of 3:46.60, ranking fourth in Penn record books. 
• Recorded a time of 1:15.28 in the 500m at the Columbia East-West Challenge, good for second at the meet and ninth in indoor Penn history. 
• Took first place in the long jump at the Lehigh Angry Birds Challenge (Jan. 14) and in the 4x400m relay at the Lehigh Season Opener (Dec. 2).
• Finished in the top-five on 13 occasions throughout the season.

High School: Ranked No. 11 (2015) in the heptathlon ... Finished fifth at World Youth Track and Field Trials.
