OUTDOOR 2019
- Appeared in eight meets throughout the outdoor season, running the 400m, 800m and several relay events.
- Scored at the 2019 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championships (May 5), placing third in the 4x800 relay.
- Also ran the 800m at Ivy Heps.
- Ran the 4x800 relay at the 125th running of the Penn Relays (April 25-27).
- Finished fifth in the 800m at the Penn Challenge (March 23).
INDOOR 2019
- Competed in eight events during the indoor season, running a variety of events, including the 800m and certain relay races.
- Ran a season-best time of 1:52.31 in the 800m to place fifth and score at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships.
- Also scored with the DMR team, helping Penn to a sixth-place finish in 10:03.33.
- Joined the DMR team to a third-place finish at the 112th running of the prestigious Millrose Games with a time of 10:02.16.
- Won the 800m at the Wesley A. Brown Invitational with a time of 1:53.89.
- Scored for Penn with a third-place finish in the 600m at the Harvard vs. Penn Dual.
- Totaled eight top-five finishes.

OUTDOOR 2018
- Ran in seven meets during the 2018 outdoor season, competing in the 800m, 1,500m and several relay events.
- Scored at the 2018 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championships (May 6), part of the sixth-place 4x800m relay team.
- Ran the sprint medley relay at the Penn Relays (April 26-28).
- Finished fourth in the 800m at the Penn Challenge (March 24).
- Season-best time in the 800m came at the ECAC Championships (May 13).
INDOOR 2018
- Competed in six meets during the 2018 indoor season, making appearances in the 800m, 1,000m, mile and several relay events.
- Scored twice at the 2018 Ivy League Indoor Heptagonal Championships (Feb. 25), placing fourth in the 4x800m relay and fifth in the 800m.
- Won the 1,000m at the New Year Invitational (Dec. 9) to start the year.
- Finished third in the 800m at the Navy Invitational (Jan. 13).
- Totaled five top-10 placements on the year.

- Ran in two meets during the 2017 cross country season.
- Competed in both early season meets, the Blue/Gold Classic (Sept. 2) and the Main Line Invitational (Sept. 15).
