2015-16: Helped Penn to the CSA Potter Cup, finishing fifth in the country, the team’s highest finish since 2006-07 … Went 5-10 overall, including 2-3 in Ivy League matches … Competed in the No. 1-4 positions … Went 3-5 in the top spot … Ivy wins came over Harvard and Princeton … Went 1-2 at the CSA Potter Cup, defeating Harvard in the fifth-place match … Went 0-1 at the CSA Individuals in the Molloy Division … Finished the season ranked No. 65 in the CSA Rankings.
2014-15: Helped lead Penn to the CSA Potter Cup, finishing seventh in the country, the team’s highest finish since 2008-09 … Went 11-10 overall, including a 2-4 Ivy League record … Competed at the No. 4-5 positions … Ivy wins were against Cornell and Harvard … Went 3-2 in the CSA Individual Molloy Cup, falling to Rochester’s Michelangelo Bertocchi in the consolation finals … Finished the season ranked at No. 50 in the CSA Individual Rankings.
High School: In 2012, won the U-17 Boys National Championship … That same year, finished as a semi-finalist in the U-17 United State Open … Was the 2014 West Coast JCT champion … Former nationally ranked chess player, who finished in third place in the U.S. Chess National Championships … Served as concertmaster for the Saint Ann’s Orchestra.
