PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania men's tennis team captured their 17th win of the season on Saturday, sweeping Brown at the Hamlin Tennis Center, 4-0.
 
The Quakers jumped out to a 1-0 lead after doubles wins by #32 Manfredi Graziani and Aaron Sandler at one, and Nischal Spurling and Shaurya Bharadwaj at three.
 
Freshman Adam Bain kicked off singles with a dominant victory at five, taking down Brown's Alexander Bravo, 6-0, 6-1.
 
#69 Manfredi Graziani followed with a win at the top of the singles lineup against Ivan Sodan as the Quakers secured their third point.
 
Finally, Luka Butera finished off the Bears and completed the sweep with two-set victory at #2, 6-4, 7-6.
 
The Quakers are now 17-9 overall and 3-3 in Ivy League play with one match remaining in the regular season.
