PISCATAWAY, N.J. – The University of Pennsylvania women's golf team couldn't quite overcome the hosts Sunday at the Rutgers Invitational, but freshman
Mi Li brought home some hardware as she shared individual medalist honors with Seton Hall's Marta Aguilar. The two-day, 54-hole event took place on the par-71 Rutgers Golf Course.

Penn entered Sunday's final round three shots behind the host Scarlet Knights, but shot 307 as a team while Rutgers carded 298. That allowed the Knights to win the title at 44-over-par 896, 12 shots ahead of the Quakers (908, +56). The other Ivy League team in the field, Dartmouth, took third in the 16-team field at 910 (+58).
Li entered Sunday a shot ahead of Aguilar on the individual leaderboard, but shot a 2-over-par 73 while Aguilar shot a 72. That left both of them tied at 6-over-par 219 for the weekend and they were declared co-champions. Li also led the 87-player field in par-4 scoring (4.04) and pars (38).
Junior
Maggie Ni was one of four Penn players who shot a 78 on Sunday and ended the weekend at 15-over-par 228, tying for eighth place. Freshman
Adrienne Ahn-Upton also carded a 78 and finished alone in 13th place at 230 (+17) while
Claire Lu's 78 left her 20th in the field at 234 (+21). Senior
Julie Shin (240, +27) rounded out the Quakers' lineup this weekend while her classmate,
Bridget O'Keefe, was in the lineup as an individual and finished at 238 (+25).
