TAMPA, FLA. – The University of Pennsylvania women's tennis team fell to South Florida in the first match of their road trip down south on Monday, 6-1.
The Bulls took both completed doubles matches as the Quakers trailed by a point heading into singles.
Maya Urata got a win in the second spot in singles, but that ended up being the only win for the Red and Blue for the rest of the match.
Lara Stojanovski,
Joleen Saw and
Varsha Vedula forced three sets but ultimately suffered defeat.
The Quakers are now 6-6 (.500) on the season.
