BANDON, Ore. – The University of Pennsylvania men's golf team dropped one spot to 15th place after the second day at the Bandon Dunes Championship. The three-day, 54-hole event is taking place on the famed Pacific Dunes course at Bandon Dunes, the No. 2-ranked public course in America.

Penn shot 14-over-par 298 during Monday's second round and is at 20-over-par 588 heading into Tuesday's final round. Oregon State is the team leader; the Beavers have shot 544 as a team through two rounds and lead Oregon by 10 strokes. SIU-Edwardsville and Seattle University are tied for third at 563, nine shots back of the Ducks.
Junior
Hayden Adams was Penn's low scorer on Monday, carding a 2-under-par 69. That has him at 2-under-par 140 heading into Tuesday's final round and tied for 14th in a field of 95 golfers who have completed both rounds. Freshman
Arjun Caprihan is tied for 37th in the field after shooting a 75 on Monday, leaving him at 2-over-par 144. The Quakers' other scorers were
Ryan Chang (76, +5) and
Kayden Wang (78, +7) on Monday, with
Wesley Hu (80, +9) rounding out the lineup. Of the Penn individuals in the field,
Max Fonseca shot 4-over-par 75 on Monday while
Henry Chen carded a 76.
Oregon State's Nguyen Anh Minh remains the individual leader after Monday's second round, at 11-under-par 131. He is three strokes up on teammate Rylan Johnson, who sits alone in second.
