PHILADELPHIA — The University of Pennsylvania men's squash took down 33rd street rival Drexel on Friday in the CSA Team Championships quarterfinals, 7-2.
The Quakers have advanced to tomorrow's semifinal for a rematch with Ivy League Tournament runner up #3 Harvard.
Gregory Malsang got things started for the boys with a 3-0 sweep against T.S. Mundra in the ninth position.
Marwan Abdelsalam followed with a gutsy 3-2 win in the three position, outlasting Youssef Bastawy in a back-and-forth match.

Rustin Wiser secured the third victory for the Quakers with a 3-1 win over Luhann Groenewald in the fifth position.
Salman Khalil and
Varun Chitturi followed up their All-Tournament performances in the Ivy League Tournament with two more wins for the Red and Blue as they clinched the win, up 5-0.
Omar Hafez made it 6-0 Quakers with another win to his outstanding 2026 season.
Zane Patel had the final win for Penn in a thrilling 3-2 win against Charlie Taylor in the sixth position.
The pursuit for a "three-peat" national championship continues.
