PRINCETON, N.J. – The University of Pennsylvania men's swimming and diving team continued competition at the Ivy League Championships Thursday, with Day 2 bringing the beginning of the individual events.
On the 500 free, senior
James Curreri was Penn's top performer, placing 14th with a 4:24.15. Fellow juniors
Liam Campbell and
Peter Whittington were the top swimmers for the Red and Blue, with Campbell placing 13th in the 50 free with a 19.80 and Whittington placing 10th in the 200 IM with a 1:45.12.
In the 200 free relay, the Quakers placed seventh with a 1:19.77. The Quakers will be back in action tomorrow at 11:00 A.M. for more qualifying events.
