PRINCETON, N.J. — The top-seeded University of Pennsylvania men's squash team advanced to the Ivy League Tournament final after defeating fourth-seeded Yale on Saturday, 6-3.
The Quakers were led by first-team All-Ivy selections
Omar Hafez,
Salman Khalil and
Marwan Abdelsalam who won in the top three positions in the lineup. Second-team All-Ivy member
Alex Dartnell gutted out a 3-2 win in his first postseason match with the Quakers at No. 4, while
Zane Patel and
Varun Chitturi swept their opponents in three games as Penn advanced to tomorrow's final.
