PHILADELPHIA – The Philadelphia Big 5 has announced its weekly awards in women's basketball, and University of Pennsylvania sophomore forward Katie Collins was named Big 5 Player of the Week. This is her second time earning the award this season, the other coming on January 5.
 
Collins earned the honor after scoring a career-high 22 points against Columbia on Saturday evening on five of seven shooting from behind the arc. The sophomore also stuffed the stat sheet on Friday night in the Quakers overtime win versus Cornell, recording 16 points, eight rebounds and four assists.
 
Penn (14-9, 4-6 Ivy League) is at home on Saturday, hosting Yale at The Palestra. Tip-off is scheduled for 2 p.m. and the game will air on ESPN + and NBC Sports Philadelphia.
