PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania women's squash team swept Dartmouth in the regular season finale on Sunday at the Penn Squash Center.
The Quakers won their 13th match overall and finished the regular season second in the Ivy League standings with a 5-1 conference record.
Seven out of nine Quakers recorded 3-0 wins on the day, including
Malak Khafagy and
Franka Vidovic in the first and second positions of the lineup.
Seniors
Jana Dweek,
Natasha Pensler and
Malak Taha recorded their final wins in the Penn Squash Center as members of the Quakers.
Allie Stoddard and
Anne Leakey defeated their opponents in the fourth and fifth spots, earning their twelfth and tenth wins of the season respectively.
The Quakers enter postseason play on a two-game winning streak, having beaten Harvard yesterday and Dartmouth today.
Penn finishes the regular season at No. 3 in the CSA team rankings, behind Princeton and Harvard, poised for a deep run in postseason play.
