PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – The University of Pennsylvania gymnastics team topped Bridgeport, 194.900-190.500, Sunday afternoon at The Palestra. The win brings the Quakers to a perfect 4-0 this year.
VAULT – 48.775
The Quakers opened the day on the vault, setting the tone of the day with a very good performance.
Manama Fofana secured first with a 9.825, with
Maggie Murphy just behind at 9.800.
BARS – 48.475
A four-way tie for first is how this rotation ended, with three being Quakers.
Jordan Barrow,
Luci Toczydlowski, and
Sophia Paris all took home shares of first with a 9.750.
BEAM – 48.700
Similarly, the beam had a three-way tie for the top. Not-so-similarly, this rotation was all Quaker-led.
Maggie Murphy,
Alisha Werlen, and
Manama Fofana all produced 9.775's.
FLOOR – 48.950
The floor has been a Quaker strong suit lately. For the second time in as many meets, the floor was Penn's top rotation. Sophomore Fofana once again produced a top score, earning a 9.875 on the floor.

Manama Fofana continues to make her mark in 2026. Fofana earned three more first-place finishes Sunday. After setting her career high on the floor last week, Fofana once again rewrote her record book with a 9.875.
*The Quakers had eight first place finishes among six different gymnasts.
*The Quakers are off to their best start in program history with four wins to open 2026.
