*Stojanovski opened the main draw with an impressive comeback victory over Alina Shyani, winning 6–7(7), 7–6(3), 6–2 after taking the second-set tiebreak and controlling the deciding set. However, she was eliminated in the next round after losing to Princeton's Kenzie Nguyen, 6–2, 6–3. Her opening match demonstrated resilience in a tight contest, although she was unable to maintain that momentum in the Round of 32.

*Saw produced a strong start in the main draw, defeating Elena Lobo Corral of Stony Brook, 7–5, 6–4, before recording a convincing 6–3, 6–0 victory over Anna Nguyen of Princeton. Her run ended in the Round of 16, where she lost to Princeton's Tsehay Driscoll, 6–2, 6–3.

*After winning both matches in the qualifying draw, Deng began her start in the Round of 64 with a comeback win over Temple's Lou Baudouin, 4–6, 6–2, 6–4. She followed that performance with a straight-sets victory over Princeton's Anna Maria Fedotova, 7–5, 6–2. Deng then faced Princeton's Kenzie Nguyen in the Round of 16, losing 6–3, 6–1.

*Similar to Deng, Tomova had to fight her way through the qualifying draw. Following her two victories, she opened with a solid 7–6(2), 6–4 win over Mia Tsoukalas of Long Island University. In the next round, she faced Penn teammate Esha Velaga in an all-Quaker matchup, losing 7–5, 4–6, 6–3.
