PLYMOUTH MEETING, Pa. – The University of Pennsylvania men's golf team finished seventh out of 12 teams at the Temple Invitational. The two-day, 36-hole event took place on the par-70 course at The 1912 Club and concluded Tuesday afternoon.

Penn shot 31-over-par 871 for the event. There was a three-way tie at the top of the team board after Tuesday's third round as Drexel, La Salle and Lehigh all shot 857 across the two days.
Freshman
Arjun Caprihan was Penn's low scorer for the tournament; he shot 72-69-73 to finish the event at 4-over-par 214. That left him tied for eighth in a field of 72 golfers. Of note, the first-year player tied for second in par-5 scoring (-6) and t-5th with 11 birdies.
Junior
Hayden Adams carded a 7-over-par 217 to finish tied for 16th, while classmate
Max Fonseca was just behind him at 219 which tied him for 23rd. Freshman
Kayden Wang scored in both rounds on Monday and finished the event at 226 (+16); he was steady, tying for third in the field with 35 pars and finishing t-5th in par-3 scoring (+1). Sophomore
Ryan Chang scored for the Quakers on Tuesday and ended the tourney at 227 (+17).
East Carolina's Philip Bondestad was the individual medalist, as he shot 6-under-par 204 to finish five strokes ahead of second-place Jake Roth from Lehigh (209, -1). They were the only two players to finish the event under par.
