CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA. – The University of Pennsylvania men's tennis team traveled to Virginia this weekend to take part in the Orange and Blue Classic. The event featured the host Cavaliers, as well as Duke, VCU, Georgetown, and Virginia Tech.

Friday saw the Quakers take on Duke for the majority of the day outside of a lone singles match against VCU. The Quakers went 1-1 in doubles play, while going 3-1 in singles play.

Saturday was a sole matchup against the Cavaliers, going 0-2 in doubles, while going 1-3 in singles play.

The final day, Sunday, saw the Quakers take on Georgetown. The Quakers went 0-2 in doubles play but rounded out the weekend going 3-0 in singles play.

Freshmen Vojtech Vales and Nischal Spurling both made their debuts with the Red and Blue this weekend. Manfredi Graziani began his follow-up to an last year's All-Ivy selection as well.
