PHILADELPHIA – August can't come soon enough. The University of Pennsylvania released its fall 2025 schedule on Tuesday morning.
 
"Going into this past spring season, we wanted to challenge ourselves against teams that we felt had both conference success and NCAA experience to get a better sense of what our team might be capable of going into the fall," said James C. Gentle Head Coach Brian Gill.
 
Penn opens the 2025 season on Labor Day weekend, hosting Loyola Maryland at Rhodes Field on Friday, Aug. 29, quickly followed by a pair of road matches at Seton Hall (Sept. 5) and Delaware (Sept. 9). The Quakers return to Rhodes Field for four straight matches against VCU (Sept. 12), Drexel (Sept. 16), Air Force (Sept. 20), and Villanova (Sept. 23) before opening Ivy League action at Columbia on Sept. 28.
 
The Red and Blue start October off in the City of Brotherly Love, hosting Harvard (Oct. 4) before a quick trip to the Temple Owls on Oct. 7 and the Brown Bears on Oct. 11. Penn closes out non-conference action with William and Mary (Oct. 14) trailed by a potentially ranked matchup with Cornell at Rhodes Field to welcome back program Alumni on Oct. 18.
 
The Quakers close out the regular season with three straight Ivy matches, traveling to Dartmouth on Oct. 25 and rounding out the stretch at home against Yale (Nov. 1) and Princeton (Nov. 8). The top four Ivies of the regular season will advance to the 2025 Ivy League Tournament, running November 14-16 at the regular-season champion's field. 
 
"We feel the fall schedule will be challenging both out of conference and in the Ivy League," Gill went on. "We are excited to put the group up against these opponents to prepare us for league play and, hopefully, the postseason."
