PRINCETON, N.J. - Penn's Angel Asaah has been named the Ivy League Women's Athlete of the Week, announced the league on Tuesday.
Asaah opened the season on Saturday competing at the Penn Challenge in the discus throw. Her first round mark of 56.52m (185' 8") currrently sits 10th in the NCAA and first in the Ivy League.

Isaiah Simmons. "She has been working extremly hard and it's exciting to see all her hard work start to bear fruit."
The men's and women's track and field teams travel to Raleigh Relays and Hurricane Collegiate Invitational on Thursday - Saturday, Mar. 27 - 29.
