UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – The University of Pennsylvania men's fencing program completed its time at the 2025 National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Fencing Championships at Penn State on Friday afternoon, with three Quakers landing All-America honors.
Antonio Heathcock (saber) and
Bryce Louie earned Second Team All-America, while
Simon Kushkov (saber) landed Honorable Mention All-America to highlight Penn's second day in University Park.
Freshman Heathcock ended his first season as a Quaker placing seventh in the saber field off a 14-8 overall record at the championships. Heathcock captured seven victories on the day to capture All-America status for the first time in his collegiate career.
Senior Louie closed his collegiate career on a high note with his second-straight All-America nod. Louie posted an overall 16-7 record to garner fifth place in foil.
Junior Kushkov was named an All-American for the second time in his career after finishing in 12th place in the saber field. Kushkov rallied with four wins on the final day of action for the men to earn an 11-11 overall record.
