PHILADELPHIA – The Ivy League announced its 2025 postseason honorees on Tuesday afternoon, with Simon Kushkov and Vivian Lu of the University of Pennsylvania fencing programs landing an award.
 
Senior Kushkov and junior Lu were both named Academic All-Ivy for their performances on the strips and in the classrooms.
 
Kushkov had a stellar outing at the 2025 Ivy League fencing championships, landing second place and First Team All-Ivy in saber off a 7-2 record in the tournament. Lu put in the work at the championships as well, placing ninth in saber off an 8-10 overall record.
