BOSTON - The University of Pennsylvania men's lightweight rowing team had a pair of boats compete on Sunday at the prestigious Head of the Charles Regatta, and both finished third in their respective divisions.

The Fours was first on the water Sunday, and the Quakers clocked 15:58.170 across the Charles' three-mile course. That left them third out of 12 boats, behind Harvard (15:40.880) and Cornell (15:53.737).

The Eights followed later in the afternoon, and once again Penn was third in 14:14.480. That was behind the Crimson (13:51.277) and the Big Red (14:06.584).
