PHILADELPHIA- The fourth-ranked University of Pennsylvania women's squash team will close out the regular season with a trip to Princeton on Saturday to take on the third-ranked Tigers.
Matches are slated to begin at 2:30 p.m., as the Tigers will host dual matches for the final time at Jadwin gymnasium.
Previewing Penn
The Quakers are 10-3 and 3-2 in Ivy League play this season, including five 9-0 sweeps. Penn has also earned wins over five top-10 opponents. The Quakers' three losses have come back-to-back-to back against second-ranked Harvard, sixth-ranked Yale and top-ranked Trinity.
The women started the season ranked eighth according to the CSA (College Squash Association) and have reached the highest ranking of second, while spending the duration of the season ranked fourth.
Junior,
Grace Lavin leads the team in wins with a 10-2 record.
Franka Vidovic holds a 9-3 record;
Sohaila Ismail is 8-3 and
Avni Anand is 7-3.
Penn is coming off a pair of losses last weekend, 6-3, to Yale on Saturday and 8-1, against Trinity on Sunday. Against Yale, Anand, Lavin and
Penelope Oh picked up victories. Ismail was the lone victor for Penn on Sunday.

Previewing the Tigers
Princeton is 8-2, 4-1 in Ivy play and are 4-1 at home. Last weekend, the Tigers split a pair of matches as they fell 6-3 to top-ranked Trinity, and defeated sixth-ranked Yale, 7-2. Zeina Zein and Katherine Glasser picked up a pair of wins throughout the weekend.
Saturday's meeting will be the 63rd all-time between the Quakers and Tigers, as Princeton holds a 49-13 advantage in the series. The teams met once last year, as the Tigers took down the Quakers 8-1. Penn is looking to snap a seven-match losing streak, with its last win coming in the 2016-17 season.
