PHILADELPHIA – Registration is now open for the nationally ranked University of Pennsylvania wrestling team's 2024 summer camps scheduled from April to July.
 
These five camps, starting in April and wrapping up in July, are designed for wrestlers in grade school, middle school, and high school and offer camp opportunities for wrestlers at every level. 
 
Emphasis will be on technical skills and drills in a positive coaching environment. Wrestlers will build confidence in techniques that are proven to be successful at every level of competition, from youth to NCAA and Olympic levels.
 
Our coaches and technical instructors have experience training wrestlers at every level and will build on a logical and progressive sequence of techniques that will serve each athlete's development. In addition to skills on the mat, emphasis will be placed on how to approach training in a demanding sport, mental preparation for competition, sportsmanship, character, goal setting, and enjoyment of the classic sport of amateur wrestling.
