PHILADELPHIA – The nationally ranked University of Pennsylvania men's soccer team will cross the Delaware River to battle Ivy League archrival Princeton on Saturday at 2 p.m. in its last regular-season contest of the season.
Saturday's match has massive implications on both the Ivy League title race and the conference postseason. If Penn wins or the match ends in a tie, the Quakers are outright Ivy League champions and will host the Ivy League Tournament next weekend at Rhodes Field. However, if the host Tigers win Saturday's match they will tie Penn for the regular-season crown but host the ILT by virtue of having won the head-to-head meeting.
