How it Happened
The first half of action
Lily White led the team with two shots, keeping Brown on its toes early. A majority of Penn's corner kicks came from their aggressive style of play trying to get the ball in the net.
In the second half the Bears were ready to return the favor. However, the Quakers' back line defenders did not let the Bears get off any easy shots.
Annabel Austen was stellar between the pipes during the match with two late-game saves. Brown's Nadja Meite came close to putting Brown on the board, but Austen flew to get the stop denying the strike from the top right corner.
