PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania rowing programs got off to a good start in fall racing on Sunday, coming away with wins across every division in which they competed at the Navy Day Regatta on the Schuylkill River. That included four divisions on the women's side (where the Quakers held the top two spots) and two divisions each for the men's lightweights and heavyweights.
