PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania women's squash team opened College Squash Association (CSA) Team Championships weekend with a 9-0 win over Bowdoin in the Kurtz Cup Quarterfinal Friday afternoon from the Penn Squash Center.
Penelope Oh opened the day with a 3-0 win wrapped up in 13 minutes, complete with an 11-0 win in the third game.
Eujung Park and
Ashley Manning followed with a three-game and four-game win, respectively, to close the opening wave.
Each of the final six matches over the final two waves ended in three-game wins for Penn.

Avni Anand,
Emma Wolf,
Grace Lavin, and
Jana Dweek all wrapped their matches in less than 25 minutes to put a definitive stamp on the win.
"It felt really good coming out on top today," said Dweek shortly after her win closed out the day's action. "Our team's been through a lot of ups and downs this season, we've battled a lot of injuries along the way, but we're excited about today's result and we're going to try and keep this intensity up for the rest of the weekend."
The women will square off with Stanford tomorrow at 11:30 a.m. in a rematch of a regular season affair the Quakers won 5-4.
