Ty Scherer has been tabbed Penn Athletics Student-Athlete of the Week.

Scherer orchestrated back-to-back scoring drives that put the Quakers ahead of the Spartans in the fourth quarter.

Freshman
Andy Falletta was the recipient of Scherer's 18-yard touchdown pass with 8:38 remaining in the final stanza, while the signal caller scampered in six yards for the game-winning TD to put Penn on top, 19-15, with 3:47 left.

Penn takes this week off before concluding the home-and-home with Chestnut Hill at Franklin Field on Saturday, Oct. 28 at 7 p.m.
