PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania's men's squash team, #2 in the College Squash Association (CSA) rankings, welcomes #4 Yale and #6 Trinity to the Penn Squash Center this weekend.
Penn will be seeking a ninth in win in 10 meetings against Yale after going just 1-19 from 2000 to 2016, as well as a third straight victory over Trinity after losing 21 straight from 2002 to 2019.
Previewing Penn
The Quakers split a pair of Ivy League matches last weekend, sweeping #10 Dartmouth, 9-0, on Saturday, before falling to #1 Harvard, 5-4 on Sunday. Penn trailed 3-1, rallied for a 4-3 lead and led each of the final two matches before the Crimson staged a rally of their own for the win.
Penn now stands at 11-1 on the season and 32-1 in its last 33 regular season matches dating back to 2019-20.

Previewing the Bulldogs
Yale is 6-1 this season with their lone loss coming against #1 Harvard. The Bulldogs are coming off an Ivy league sweep of Columbia and Cornell last weekend, dropping just one match total against both teams. Tad Carney is 4-0 in Ivy League play, picking up one of Yale's two wins against Harvard, all victories coming at the No. 4 spot in the lineup. Siow Yee Xian, Maxwell Orr, Max Forster are all 3-1 in Ivy action, playing at the No. 1, 2, and 3 spots in the lineup, respectively.

Trinity enters the weekend 12-1, its only loss of the season coming against the top-seeded Crimson. The Bantams defeated #7 Drexel, #8 Cornell, and #9 Columbia last Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday, respectively, taking each match by at least a 7-2 margin. Mohamed Sharaf is 11-1 playing at the No. 1 spot in the lineup this season; Abdelrahman Nassar is 12-1 playing at No. 2.
