PHILADELPHIA – Eight wrestlers from the 21st-ranked University of Pennsylvania wrestling team continue to earn national recognition in the latest round of rankings released this week. The Quakers are represented in eight weight classes as the team shifts its focus to a pair of EIWA and Ivy League home duals this weekend. As a team, the Red and Blue received national rankings from Wrestlestat (#21), Wrestling Insider Newsmag (#22), Intermat (#25), and are receiving votes in the latest National Wrestling Coaches Association coaches' poll.
 
Individual rankings are from the NCAA Coaches' Panel, Amateur Wrestling News, Flo-wrestling, Intermat, Wrestlestat, The Open Mat and Wrestling Insider Newsmag.   

Seniors Anthony Artalona (157), Ben Goldin (285), and Doug Zapf (149), juniors Michael Colaiocco (133), Lucas Revano (165), and Cole Urbas (197), and sophomores Ryan Miller (125) and Nick Incontrera (174) are all ranked in the most recent collegiate wrestling rankings.  

Colaiocco is the lone Penn grappler with single-digit rankings. The junior earned a #7 ranking in the first NCAA Coaches' Panel and is #8 by Wrestlestat, Amateur Wrestling News, Intermat, The Open Mat and is #9 in the Flo-Wrestling and Wrestling Insider Newsmag rankings. Joining Colaiocco with top 15 rankings is Zapf, who is ranked #10 (NCAA Coaches' Panel), #11 (Flo-Wrestling), #12 by Intermat, Wrestlestat, and #13 by The Open Mat, Amateur Wrestling News, and Wrestling Insider Newsmag. Artalona is also ranked in the top 15 as #12 in the NCAA Coaches' Panel.

The Red and Blue are set for a pair of home dual meets this weekend. The Quakers are back in The Palestra for a Friday night dual against Brown (Jan. 26) and Saturday night against Harvard. Both duals are set to begin at 7 p.m.
