PHILADELPHIA – The 20th ranked University of Pennsylvania Wrestling team heads out west for a Sunday dual at #20 Stanford. This is the first time Penn and Stanford have met since Penn made the trip out west in 2018 and will be the fourth meeting between the two programs since 2003. In that time, Penn holds 2-1 record.

Cole Urbas proved to be the difference as the dual came down to the final bout. The Cardinal are coming off a pair of Thursday night duals against California Baptist and #20 North Dakota State. Stanford split its Thursday night doubleheader, winning the opening dual against California Baptist, 36-7, before falling by a one-point margin to #20 North Dakota State, 18-17.

Mikey Kistler (174) took eighth place. Freshmen
Richard Delsanter and
Hunter Gandy both earned their first collegiate wins on Friday.
*Tech Falls proved to be the difference in Penn's 19-17 victory over UNC over the weekend. The Quakers and the Tar Heels each took five wins but a pair of tech falls by #18
