RINGOES, N.J. – The University of Pennsylvania women's golf team is in sixth place after the second day at the Ivy League Championships. The three-day, 54-hole event will conclude tomorrow on the par-72 course at The Ridge at Back Brook.
 
The Quakers remain in striking distance in what is a taut affair through two days. Penn shot 307 for the second straight day on Saturday, leaving the Red and Blue at 38-over-par 614 entering Sunday's final round. Columbia is in the lead at 590, two strokes ahead of second-place Princeton (592) and 12 ahead of third-place Harvard (602). Dartmouth is at 606 through two rounds while Yale is one stroke ahead of the Quakers at 613.

Senior Leila Dizon continues to lead the Quakers; she carded a 3-over-par 75 for the second straight day which has her tied for eighth in a field of 29 golfers. Natalie Cao and Mary Shin both shot 77 on Saturday, and after two rounds Cao is tied for 14th at 152 while Shin is at 156. Eunice Kim also scored for the Red and Blue on Saturday and is tied with Shin at 156, while Selina Li has a 166 score through two rounds.
 
Princeton's Yanjun Liu is atop the leaderboard heading into Sunday's final round. She shot a even-par 72 on Saturday and is at 1-under-par 143 through two rounds. That has her two strokes ahead of Columbia's Jennifer Wang, who carded a 69 on Saturday. Five golfers are tied for third place at 148, two strokes ahead of Dizon.

Penn's tee times on Sunday are Li at 9 a.m.; Kim at 9:10; Shin at 9:20; Cao at 9:30; and Dizon at 9:40. The Quakers will tee off with Yale and Dartmouth, with Columbia, Princeton and Harvard starting their tee times at 9:50 a.m.
