PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania rowing programs are back on the water this weekend, traveling to Boston for the prestigious Head of the Charles Regatta. The three Quakers programs will put out a total of nine boats over the weekend, four each from the lightweight and the women and one from the heavyweights.
