PHILADELPHIA – Following a 55-28 victory over Mansfield on Saturday evening, two members of the University of Pennsylvania sprint football team earned weekly awards from the Collegiate Sprint Football League (CSFL) as announced by the organization on Monday afternoon.

Andrew Paolini was named the CSFL Offensive Player of the Week and freshman LB
Jake Inserra was tabbed as the CSFL Co-Defensive Player of the Week.
Paolini had a career day under center against the Mounties, passing for 270 yards and four TDs. He was 12-of-21 passing on the day and he connected on touchdown passes of 15, 34, 34 and 57 yards. He also rushed for six yards. The Cherry Hill, New Jersey, native set new career-bests in passing yards, completions and touchdowns.
Inserra was all over the field for the Quakers the win over Mansfield last week. He had a career-high 16 tackles, highlighted by making 10 solo stops. He accounted for 0.5 TFLs.
Penn returns to action on Friday, October 8, with a home game under the lights at Franklin Field against Cornell.
