COLLEGE PARK, Md. – The University of Pennsylvania gymnastics team placed fifth at the Terrapin Invitational with a total score of 193.275 on Sunday afternoon.

Penn's best rotation of the day came on bars when the Quakers combined to score a 48.775 when all five scorers earned at least a 9.700. In total, three in the Red and Blue scored a 9.775 to tie for the team high. Rose Hoffman, Jordyn Mannino and McCaleigh Marr all hit that number with Libby Garfoot and Alex Kothe rounding out Penn's five with a 9.750 and 9.700, respectively. Mannino, Garfoot and Kothe all matched season highs on Sunday.
Sydney Kraez set her career high on vault with a team-high 9.850, helping guide the Quakers to team score of 48.100. Kraez, of the five teams, placed third overall on the event. Mannino did so as well, just as she did on bars, with a 9.725. Lauren Joost's 9.625, Edie Noor Graber's 9.575 and Rebekah Lashley rounded out the top five with a 9.325.
The Quakers earned a 48.250 on beam behind Lashley's 9.700. Senior Natalie Borden set a career high with a 9.675 with Kraez and Darcy Matsuda following along with 9.650's. Matsuda was also one of three Quakers to wind up with at least a 9.700 on floor as Penn combined for a 48.150. Hoffman equaled Matsuda's 9.700 while Lashley led the way once more with a 9.750.
